Ulduar 10M HM Dedicated Group.

Hey guys, I'm posting here because I am going to be putting together a group for Ulduar 10.
This group will be raiding 1-2 days a week, on days that the guild does not raid. (Such as a Monday)
This group will be in pursuit of the 310% Drake that comes along with the meta-achievement.

Official Time: Sundays, invites going out from 6 to 630 Server

Edit: Also Algalon.

Right now, there is one spot left for the Dedicated Group.
I'm hoping to put together a 15-20 man roster for this group which will consist of people who can consistently make the raid times and people who "think that they might be able to." If a dedicated group member has to do something and won't be able to make a raid day, but have shown that they are dedicated by showing up consistently in the past, then they will be subbed out for a substitute, if one is online and fits the role.

Requirements for Dedicated Team:
Able to make the raid 90% of the time.
Having the correct gear for the encounters, and knowing how to do them.
Having all raid consumables.

Requirements for Sub Team:
Having the correct gear for the encounters, and knowing how to do them.
Having all raid consumables.
Come in to the raid knowing that you probably won't be back next week, you are helping out the dedicated team to raid on a day that they wouldn't be able to.

With all of that being said, if a member of the Sub Team outperforms (in the sense of being more available, etc..) a member of the Dedicated Team, the Dedicated Team member may be replaced with the Sub Team member for future encounters.

The reason for this substitution system is because we will only be raiding a couple days a week at most, so we need to make the most of that time.

Current Team Needs:
0 Melee DPS
1 Ranged DPS (Mage or Warlock)
0 Tank
0 Healer
*Note - The healer who has a DPS offspec will be expected to do both, depending on the encounter.

3 Melee DPS
2 Ranged DPS
2 Healers (DPS Offspec healer has been filled)
2 Tanks

I want to say first and foremost, that I'm sorry for my recent actions of leaving the guild. This came not based on the skill level of the players in the guild but due to the lack of raiding we were doing at the time. You see, Jeff(Ausi) and I xferred because our old server was a shithole (only 350 80s). The lack of realiable people was a huge issue, and your core people are not but finding the recruits was just a work in progress to fill the raids. . So we decided to leave in a douchebag manner, which was not telling anyone that we were. I feel stupid for not doing this in a better way, and truthfully regret it very much. We knew and KNOW that you guys are a sicknasty core group who just needs time to fill their numbers and after seeing how some of the other guilds are on this server, this is one of the best upcoming guilds to get into atm. So I'm writing this to ask for forgiveness and on my knees (quite literally as im typing) to give us a chance at a shot of wow immortality. This will not happen again because Ive seen the other guilds and this is one to be in....I know in a year from now ill laugh at how dumb i was and look back at how i almost lost my chance to be in this great guild and solid group of people. So I apologize for this mistake and will let you and everyone else who reads this, especially interested parties, that this is the spot to be in. Dont be dumb like me-

To the Guild

After talking things over with Stiffwood and then with some of the officers in the guild we would like the opportunity to come back to the Guild. To better explain our earlier actions I have to tell you about our recent xsfer from our old server. We left a low population server because of attendance issues and a lack of skilled players. For quite a few months we struggled with trying to run a guild on the server and everytime we saw daylight people would decide to leave the guild or wow all together. We finally decided that xsfering would be the best decision. We talked to Siwan before xsfering and got some ideas about possibly joining PShit when we xsfered. We wasted no time and quickly xsfered over to KT. The first week in PShift went great as we completed our 25 man raids and even participated in some 10 mans. But the week following kind of brought our worst fears back when we were unable to raid 25 mans because of lack of players and attendance. We hoped that it was a fluke and that we could continue raiding 25 mans but day after day the 25 man raid was canceled. We definately jumped the gun when we left but we were really scared we walked right back into what we left our old server for. But after talking about what we really wanted out of wow and what we wanted out of a guild...............stepping back a second stiffwood and I really enjoyed our time in PShift. We liked the members and the way the guild was ran in general. We have raided with a couple other guilds on the server and even tho atleast one of them was in a better progression position we just didnt feel the same way about it as we felt in PShift. We want to make PShift our home on this server and appologize for jumping the gun and leaving the guild so suddenly.

Hello everyone;

First off, I'd like to say I am glad to see this guild staying on this server. I have been on this server since May 2006 and I have been through the upsides and downsides that have plagued this server. I know I have been on the horde side of the battle but it wasn't always like this with the alliance population being low. The horde use to be the low population a long time ago. Anyways thats a whole other topic.

I'd like to say I have spoken and traded with a couple of your members and I find myself wanting to be apart of this fanastic guild. Most recent people have been Robluccii, Attox, and Slapz.. I have dealt with others to and I am sure you've seen me in trade.

I have 6 level 80's on the horde side and now I have a level 80 on the alliance side. The alliance character just hit 80 today. This character may not be the class you need for raiding at this time but I plan on leveling alot more.

I know this guild deals with apps but I was wondering if I could speak to an officer first before I put an app in because I have some questions.

So if this is possible, just let me know. I have vent of course.
